Magic wind series heat-pump liquid desiccant fresh air unit (HVF)
Heat-pump driven liquid desiccant fresh air unit is a kind of air processor using desiccant solution as working media. This unit adopts advanced liquid desiccant technology and realizes the complete control of air humidity through absorption or release of vapor by desiccant solution. Heat-pump driven liquid desiccant fresh air unit is not a normal air handling unit but a fresh air processor integrating cold and heat source, total heat recovery unit, humidifying, &dehumidification unit, filter section and air handling unit. It has multiple functions such as air cooling, dehumidifying, heating, humidifying, purifying, etc. The independent operation only can be provided to satisfy the requirement of whole-year fresh air handling . The unit needs no extra auxiliaries; it is flexible in application, user friendly and applicable to all occasions requiring the supply of fresh air.
【Product Principle】 Under summer working-condition, hot and humid fresh air encounter an air-to-air total heat exchange with return in the total heat recovery unit, using solution as media. After preliminarily cooling and desiccant of the fresh air , the air temperature is further lowered down in the desiccant unit to further dehumidified to reach the condition-point. In the desiccant unit, the desiccant solution absorbs vapors and becomes weaker. In order to restore its desiccant capacity, the weak solution enters into the regenerating unit to be condensed. The cooling capacity of heat pump recycling is used for the cooling of desiccant solution to improve the dehumidifying ability and cool down the fresh air. The condenser’s discharge heat can be used for the condensation and regeneration of the desiccant solution with high energy utilization efficiency. Under winter working conditions, you can only switch the four-way valve to change the recycling direction of the refrigerant to easily realize the function of air heating and humidifying.
