　　So far, the air-conditioning system treat air temperature and humidity simultaneously, causng lots of problems such as low efficiency of the refrigeration system and the difficulty to precisely adjust temperature and humidity in the same time and the negative imfluences of indoor air quality due to condenser surface breeding mildew. The core of temperature and humidity independent control technology is to change the control of two parameters—temperature and humidity from one means of former normal air-conditioning system (7℃low-temperature freezing water) to two means (dry fresh air dehumidifying ,18℃ high-temperature cooled by cold water), which not only significantly improve indoor temperature and humidity control precision, but also increase overall energy-efficiency ratio of air-conditioning system by 50% to greatly reduce air-conditioning system’s energy consumption(electricity comsumption dropped by over 30%). The introduction of this technology gained support from many domestic experts, researchers and companies. So far, a dozen demonstration projects have been completed and scores of projects are being completed
